**1. Gather Your Supplies
You will need:

• Nasal spray peptide powder: The peptide in powder form.
  
• Diluent: Usually, a sterile solution like saline or bacteriostatic water.
  
• Nasal spray bottle: To administer the peptide once reconstituted.
  
• Syringe: For drawing and mixing the diluent.
  
• Needle: For drawing the diluent (if needed).
  
• Alcohol wipes: To clean the vial and spray nozzle.
  
• Clean container: For mixing the peptide and diluent.
  

• Clean the vial: Wipe the top of the peptide powder vial with an alcohol wipe to ensure it’s sterile.
  
• Add the diluent: Use a syringe to draw the appropriate amount of diluent (as specified in the product instructions). Insert the needle into the vial and slowly inject the diluent.
  
• Swirl gently: Instead of shaking, gently swirl the vial to mix the powder with the diluent until the peptide is fully dissolved. This ensures that the peptide solution is evenly mixed without introducing air bubbles.
  

• Clean the nasal spray bottle: Wipe the inside of the nasal spray bottle and the nozzle with an alcohol wipe.
  
• Draw the solution: Use a syringe to draw the reconstituted peptide solution from the vial.
  
• Fill the nasal spray bottle: Transfer the solution into the nasal spray bottle. Ensure the bottle is filled according to the instructions provided with your peptide.
  

• Prime the spray: If this is the first use or if the spray hasn’t been used for a while, you may need to prime the spray mechanism. To do this, press down on the nozzle until a fine mist is produced. This ensures the spray is functioning correctly.
  

• Blow your nose: Clear your nasal passages by blowing your nose gently.
  
• Position the bottle: Hold the nasal spray bottle upright and position the nozzle just inside one nostril.
  
• Administer the spray: While breathing in gently through your nose, press down on the spray nozzle to release the peptide mist. Avoid inhaling too forcefully to ensure the mist is properly absorbed.
  
• Repeat for the other nostril: If your dosing instructions require application in both nostrils, repeat the process for the other nostril.
  

• Wipe the nozzle: After use, clean the nasal spray nozzle with an alcohol wipe to prevent contamination and clogging.
  
• Dispose of used supplies: If you used any disposable items like syringes or needles, place them in a sharps container.
  

• Proper storage: Store the nasal spray according to the manufacturer’s guidelines. Typically, this means keeping it in a cool, dry place and ensuring the cap is on securely.

• Clean the vial: Wipe the top of the peptide vial with an alcohol wipe.
  
• Draw the diluent: Use a syringe to draw the required amount of diluent.
  
• Add the diluent to the vial: Insert the needle into the vial and slowly inject the diluent. Gently swirl the vial (do not shake) until the peptide is fully dissolved.
  

• Clean the vial again: Wipe the top of the vial with an alcohol wipe.
  
• Draw air into the syringe: Before drawing the peptide, pull back the plunger to fill the syringe with air equal to the amount of peptide you need.
  
• Insert the needle into the vial: Push the syringe plunger to inject the air into the vial, which helps in drawing the peptide more easily.
  
• Draw the peptide: Pull back the plunger to draw the correct dose into the syringe. Ensure there are no air bubbles; if there are, tap the syringe gently to move them to the top and push them out.
  

• Prepare the needle: Attach a new needle if needed and remove the cap.
  
• Pinch the skin: Gently pinch the skin at the injection site to create a fold.
  
• Insert the needle: Insert the needle at a 45 to 90-degree angle, depending on the injection site and the amount of fat.
  
• Inject the peptide: Slowly push the plunger to administer the peptide.
  
• Withdraw the needle: After injecting, pull the needle out swiftly and apply gentle pressure with a clean cotton ball or gauze.
  

• Track your dosage: Keep a log of your peptide doses and administration times to stay on track with your regimen.

Has anyone completed a cycle of Sermorelin and can share results?
Also the Blend of Tesamorelin and Ipamorelin - results?

I have been using the CJC1295 with DAC for about 2 months. Best results I have seen in a very long time.  At month end I’m going to add to that some GH and Ipamorelin. Will

I have a shoulder injury and all of my research leads me directly to a combination of BPC-157 & TB500 

I want to know from experience users how long it will take before I start seeing results and I’d like to know what results others have experienced while on these 2 peptides?
